SAFETY:

(1) Choking Hazard: Do not allow babies, children, pets or anyone to put jewelry in the mouth, chew on it, play or fidget with it, etc. Glass tiles may detach when exposed to moisture, including saliva; small jewelry parts may separate due to biting, fidgeting, etc, causing a choking hazard.
(2) Allergic Reactions: Some people claim they can only wear fine jewelry. This jewelry is created from other metals, not genuine silver or gold. Do not wear if non-fine jewelry from other metals cause you to have allergic reactions, breakouts, discoloring, etc.


CARE:

(1) Store in a clean, dry place.
(2) Remove jewelry promptly before showering, bathing, swimming, washing of hands, washing of dishes or laundry, and before any contact with water, liquids and fluids to prevent damage.
(3) Clean items with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not apply water, cleaning agents, chemicals and/or liquids, etc. to clean.


RETURN POLICY

(1) My return policy is for buyers who possibly don’t like the appearance of the product upon arrival of an item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding personalized/custom items—please see EXCEPTIONS in the 3rd points), you may return it for an exchange or refund for the item according to shop policies, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
(2) Returns must be shipped back to me within 30 days of the delivery date according to tracking, in its original condition and packaging. The item will be inspected to confirm it is eligible for a refund. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
(3) EXCEPTIONS: Personalized/Customized Items: Items that were personalized or customized are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product or refund—even though Etsy listing settings may state that returns and exchanges are accepted, when an item is personalized or customized, however, I cannot accept returns and exchanges. Customized and personalized purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

(4) Damaged Items: Damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged for another item or a refund. It is important to note that my products include a giclèe print beneath the glass and could be damaged if exposed to water. Do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or expose to water or wet conditions. Additionally, remove rings and bracelets before washing hands or contact with water.


SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please double check your shipping address; I ship to the address you entered, unless I am unable to purchase a shipping label—then I will attempt to reach you to review your shipping address.
If the package was shipped to the wrong address, the buyer will have to purchase new shipping to re-ship any packages returned to me for any reason, even if the package originally qualified for free shipping.
I am not responsible for packages once delivered to the carrier. I recommend you reach out to me about insurance in addition to your shipping if you have concerns that your package could go missing.


JEWELRY CARE:

• Giclée jewelry is water resistant but not waterproof—do not submerge.
• Do not place in the mouth; the glass or small parts may detach and may pose a choking hazard.
• Do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or any wet conditions.
• Remove rings, bracelets, and cufflinks before washing hands or working with water or fluids.
• Avoid contact with water or any kind of fluids.
• Avoid contact with perfume, skin and haircare products, sweat from a workout etc, acidity, etc.
• Clean with a dry cotton ball or soft cloth by gently buffing each part of the jewelry.
• Store in a dry place; don’t leave in bathrooms, saunas and other humid places.
• This jewelry is not intended for babies and small children

MATERIALS:

Components of my items are glass, giclée prints with archival coated paper and pigment inks, resin, and with the exception of some light weight stainless steel items, in general, the base metal of my jewelry is brass, metal alloy or iron, plated by electroplating a thin layer of color onto the base metal. Referrals to antique silver, vintage gold, silver, gold, black and bronze are descriptive names of tone/color and usually does not refer to the base metal. Most of my suppliers state in their descriptions that the materials are nickel-free and/or lead-free. I personally take their word for that but have no certification for that. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that my items are lead-free and/or nickel-free.


CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES:

Personalized/custom designed jewelry sales are always final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another item or a refund. All other items—please contact me within 3 days of delivery if not satisfied with your purchase and ship item back to me within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Once I received your item, I will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for cancellation/refund.
Refunds are posted to original method of payment.
You are responsible for all shipping, including return shipping, except when I determined that your item is defective; then I will refund First Class return shipping once defective item is received.
I am not responsible for packages lost in transit.


CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES:

All custom orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Custom/personalized designs are limited to a total of 4 reviews/edits. If you are not happy with your custom design, I may cancel your order for a full refund.
If you indicate that you are happy with the design, I will start creating your item immediately upon which cancellation will no longer be accepted, once the process to handcraft your custom item started and/or after it has been shipped.
Since custom/personalized orders are time consuming—if a buyer cancels more than two custom orders, I cannot accept any additional custom orders from the buyer.

PHOTO EDITING:

I do not edit photos. I use them just the way I receive them. I only crop and size the photo to fit the pendant that was purchased for the photo. That said, if possible, please don’t crop photos before you send them.


ALLERGIES:

I am not aware of anyone that had allergic reactions to my jewelry, but I do not guarantee that my jewelry is allergy-free. This jewelry is made from steel and metal and plated by electroplating a thin layer of color onto the base metal. This jewelry is not real gold or real silver and that is why it is not as expensive as real gold or real silver, thus the recommendation: Do not wear or gift this jewelry to someone that is prone to skin breakouts and allergic reactions.


CAN IT BE WARN IN THE SHOWER?

Generally, costume jewelry should not be warm in the shower. Additionally, this jewelry is created with a giclée print; the design beneath the glass cabochon is archival paper and pigment inks. Don’t swim or shower with this jewelry on, don’t get it wet, and don’t store in damp conditions. Clean with a soft, dry cloth (the kind you would clean eye glasses with).


EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Just select “Priority Mail” or “Priority Mail Express” AND additionally, during checkout, type a request in “note to seller” to expedite your order. If you additionally requested expedited processing, I will try to ship the next business day. SHIPPING ADDRESS: What if my package is shipped to the wrong address or returned to the seller?

Please double check your shipping address; I ship to the address you entered, unless I am unable to purchase a shipping label—then I will attempt to reach you to review your shipping address.
If the package was shipped to the wrong address, the buyer will have to purchase new shipping to re-ship any packages returned to me for any reason, even if the package originally qualified for free shipping.
I am not responsible for packages once delivered to the carrier. I recommend you reach out to me about insurance in addition to your shipping if you have concerns that your package could go missing.

JEWELRY CARE: How do I clean and care for this jewelry?

• Giclée jewelry is water resistant but not waterproof—do not submerge.
• Do not place in the mouth; the glass or small parts may detach and may pose a choking hazard.
• Do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or any wet conditions.
• Remove rings, bracelets, and cufflinks before washing hands or working with water or fluids.
• Avoid contact with water or any kind of fluids.
• Avoid contact with perfume, skin and haircare products, sweat from a workout etc, acidity, etc.
• Clean with a dry cotton ball or soft cloth by gently buffing each part of the jewelry.
• Store in a dry place; don’t leave in bathrooms, saunas and other humid places.
• This jewelry is not intended for babies and small children

MATERIALS: What materials are used to create this jewelry? Are your materials lead-free and nickel-free?

Glass, giclée prints with archival coated paper and pigment inks, resin, and with the exception of some light weight stainless steel items, in general, the base metal of my jewelry is brass, metal alloy or iron. Referrals to antique silver, vintage gold, silver, gold, black and bronze are descriptive names of tone/color and usually does not refer to the base metal.
Most of my suppliers state in their descriptions that the materials are nickel-free and/or lead-free. I personally take their word for that; however, since I have no certification for that, I cannot guarantee that my items are lead-free and/or nickel-free.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES: Do you accept exchanges and cancellations?

Personalized/custom designed jewelry sales are always final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another item or a refund. All other items—please contact me within 3 days of delivery if not satisfied with your purchase and ship item back to me within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Once I received your item, I will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for cancellation/refund.
Refunds are posted to original method of payment.
You are responsible for all shipping, including return shipping, except when I determined that your item is defective; then I will refund First Class return shipping once defective item is received.
I am not responsible for packages lost in transit.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES: What if I don’t like a custom or personalized design?

All custom orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Custom/personalized designs are limited to a total of 4 reviews/edits. If you are not happy with your custom design, I may cancel your order for a full refund.
If you indicate that you are happy with the design, I will start creating your item immediately upon which cancellation will no longer be accepted, once the process to handcraft your custom item started and/or after it has been shipped.
Since custom/personalized orders are time consuming—if a buyer cancels more than two custom orders, I cannot accept any additional custom orders from the buyer.
I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and without explanation.

PHOTO EDITING: Do you edit photos for custom photo jewelry to correct color, remove scratches, etc.?

I do not edit photos. I use them just the way I receive them. I only crop and size the photo to fit the pendant that was purchased for the photo. That said, if possible, please don’t crop photos before you send them.

ALLERGIES: Can I be allergic to this kind of jewelry?

I am not aware of anyone that had allergic reactions, but I do not guarantee that my jewelry is allergy-free. This jewelry is made from steel and metal and plated by electroplating a thin layer of color onto the base metal. This jewelry is not real gold or real silver and that is why it is not as expensive as real gold or real silver, thus the WARNING: Do not wear or gift this jewelry to someone that is prone to skin breakouts and allergic reactions.

IS IT WATERPROOF? Can I wear my necklace in the shower and swimming pool?

The pendant is a glass cabochon set over a giclée print made from archival paper and pigment inks. It is water resistant but not waterproof. Don’t swim or shower with it on, don’t get it wet, and don’t store in damp conditions. Clean with a soft, dry cloth (the kind you would clean eye glasses with).

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Can my order be expedited?

Yes. Just select “Priority Mail” or “Priority Mail Express” AND additionally, during checkout, type a request in “note to seller” to expedite your order. If you additionally requested expedited processing, I will try to ship the next business day. For custom/personalized orders—I will ship one business day after a custom order was approved by the buyer.
